• Handgun Basics and Shooting Fundamentals: Participants will learn about various types of handguns, their components, and the fundamental techniques of accurate shooting.

• Self-Defense Law: An overview of the legal considerations surrounding self-defense, including the use of force and local laws regarding firearm carry.

• Conceal Carry Placement and Cover Garment Considerations: Gaining insight into effective methods for concealing a firearm, selecting appropriate clothing, and understanding the balance between accessibility and concealment.

• Presentation from Concealment: Instruction on how to effectively draw a firearm from concealment in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring readiness while maintaining control.

Note: This class is suitable for all experience levels, however a basic familiarity with pistols is to be preferred. This course is classroom-based curriculum. This is not a live fire exercise course. If you are brand new to pistol shooting, we recommend the NRA Basic Pistol Course.
